Chiyaan Vikram tests Covid-19 positive, isolates himself at home

Covid-19 cases are yet again rising in the country. In the last few days, many celebs have contracted the virus. South star Chiyaan Vikram has reportedly tested Covid-19 positive. He has isolated himself at home as per the doctor’s advise. We wish re recovers soon.

Vikram, was last seen in Kadaram Kondan. He has a interesting line up of films in his kitty. He has Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan, Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram, Ajay Gnanamuthu’s Cobra and Karthik Subbaraj’s Mahaan. He has also announced his next with director Pa Ranjith.

Last month, Kamal Haasan had also tested positive for Covid-19. He was admitted at Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre for a week. He was discharged after he tested negative for the deadly virus. Recently, actor Arjun Sarja also tested positive for the virus.

In Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora, Maheep Kapoor, Seema Khan, Shanaya Kapoor have tested Covid-19 positive. It was assumed that they contracted the virus at Karan Johar’s house party. The filmmaker tested negative.

As per a report in Indian Express, on Thursday India recorded 7,974 Covid-19 cases, 343 deaths and 7,948 recoveries, the active cases in the country stands at 87,245.
