Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth make first public appearance post separation at son Yathra’s school event, see PIC

Actor Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth announced their separation in January this year. Post separation, the ex-couple made their first public appearance together on Monday (August 22). They attended a school event of their son Yathra. In the pic that have gone viral, Dhanush and Aishwarya are seen posing happily along with their sons Yathra and Linga and their friends.

On Monday, Aishwarya shared a picture of herself from the school function on Instagram. She captioned the photo, “What a way to start the day ! Monday morning watching the Investiture Ceremony of school, where my first born takes up oath as sports captain.”

In January, Dhanush and Aishwarya had issued a joint statement as they ended their 18 years of marriage. “18 years of togetherness as friends, couple, as parents and well-wishers to each other. The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjusting, and adapting. Today we stand at a place where our paths separate. Aishwaryaa and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better. Please do Respect our decision and give us the needed privacy to deal with this. Om Nama Shivaya! Spread love, D,” Dhanush said in the statement.

Post their separation, they are busy with her professional and personal lives. Dhanush has got rave reviews for his Hollywood debut, Russo Brothers’ The Gray Man. His latest movie Thiruchitrambalam, with Nithya Menen has also got positive reviews from critics and audience.
