GodFather Trailer: Chiranjeevi’s intensity and Salman Khan’s swag set the screen ablaze

The makers today (September 28) dropped GodFather’s trailer. The movie stars Chiranjeevi in lead and Salman Khan in an extended cameo. Lady Superstar Nayanthara also stars in the action packed political drama. The movie has been creating a lot of buzz since its announcement and after watching the trailer, it can be rightly said that it has lived up to the hype. GodFather is releasing in theatres on October 5.

The trailer shows Chiranjeevi’s character Brahma who is described as the ‘most dangerous and mysterious man’. He has both friends and foes in the political world. The video also features Nayanthara who seemed to be the contender for Chief Minister. But Salman Khan’s entry on a bike steals the limelight. He calls Chiranjeevi his ‘bade bhai’ as he joins the former’s fight against injustice. He is playing Brahma’s henchman. It’s full of action, drama and top notch dialogues. Also, we get a glimpse of Salman and Chiranjeevi’s dance number Thaar Maar in the trailer of GodFather. Salman and Chiranjeevi have set the screens on fire.

GodFather’s trailer has doubled our excitement and we can’t wait to witness it on the big screen.

GodFather is the Telugu remake of Mohanlal’s Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer, which marked the directorial debut of actor Prithviraj Sukumaran. Chiranjeevi is playing Mohanlal’s character while Salman is essaying the role of Prithviraj Sukumaran. The Telugu remake is directed by Mohan Raja.
