Bollywood’s ‘Bad Man’ Gulshan Grover who has made a successful transition into Hollywood with films like ‘The Second Jungle Book: Mowgli & Baloo’ and ‘Desperate Endeavours’ is now doing a voiceover for a Steven Spielberg film. Yes, the 60-year-old actor has given a voice-over for the Fleshlumpeater (essayed by Jemaine Clement), for the Hindi version of the fantasy movie ‘The Big Friendly Giant’.
Gulshan Grover who has met Steven Speilberg on a few occasions, is quite happy about his contribution to the film. He said, “This was a different experience. With a filmmaker like Spielberg at the helm of affairs, you want to better your best. It was a huge challenge to give the voiceover for a part played by a brilliant actor like Jemaine. However, I had a lot of fun doing it.”
Reportedly, veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan has been roped in to lend his voice to the character of a friendly giant (played by Mark Rylance).
So after Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan we now have Gulshan Grover and megastar Amitabh Bachchan lending their voices to the Hindi version of a Hollywood flick.
