Actor Harshvardhan Rane was last seen in ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ opposite Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane. He is now eagerly awaiting to work with Bejoy Nambiar in the talented filmmaker’s next. The movie is said to be a remake of Mani Ratnam’s 1988 film ‘Agninatchathiram’. Actor Dhanush of ‘Raanjhana’ fame was also to star in the movie that has been shelved for now by the director.
Rane said, “I am a very big admirer of Bejoy’s films, and have waited for five months to be part of his film. But I have no regrets and will wait for an indefinite time as if I love and believe in something, I do it completely and unconditionally. As an actor, all I can keep my focus on is that I am a part of good projects. But, finally the film’s fate is decided by the director and producer.”
Harshvardhan will next be seen in ‘Satra Ko Shaadi Hai’, which is produced by John Abraham. He added that, “‘Satra Ko Shaadi Hai’ is a very sweet film. It was the first film that I shot. I play a shy small town boy in it which is an absolute contrast to what I played in ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’.
Hope Harshvardhan Rane gets his wish fulfilled soon.
