Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya were one of the most loved couples of South Cinema. After tying knot in 2017, the couple got divorced in 2020 leaving their fans and followers disheartened. A few days back, Naga Chaitanya’s post hinted that the couple are maybe planning to reconcile. But, Samantha’s recent pictures showing removal of Chay’s tattoo have debunked such claims.

Has Samantha removed tattoo with Naga Chaitanya initials?

Samantha Ruth Prabhu had inked Chaitanya’s nickname, Chay, on her rib when they were together. Samantha also had two more tattoos inked on her that were dedicated to Chaitanya. The tattoo was visibly until April this year, when Samantha attended the London premiere of Priyanka Chopra’s Citadel. However, the new photos do not feature the tattoo anymore.

When Samantha revealed she regrets getting inked

During an AMA session, a fan asked her, “Some tattoo ideas you’d love to try some day.” Samantha posted a video in reply on her Instagram Stories and said with clear, strong words, “You know the one thing I’d tell my younger self is never ever get a tattoo. Never. Never ever. Ever, get a tattoo.” She was smiling throughout the video.

A few days back, Naga Chaitanya shared a picture with Samantha’s doggo Hash hinting at patch up. He captioned the post, ‘vibe’. As soon as he posted this picture, fans went into a frenzy and started commenting about their patch-up. To note, Samantha is currently in Dubai for some promotional event.

Despite separation, Samantha unarchiving wedding pictures and the actor supporting her during Myotisis battle definitely gave hopes to their fans. Looks like, these hints were mere speculations.
