Inside video: Sneak-peek into Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal’s dreamy engagement ceremony

Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal engagement ceremonies started in the foothills of the Alps at Lake Como in northern Italy, on September 21 and will continue till September 23. Today is the second day and here comes a sneak peek video from the ceremony.

The day 2 of the lavish celebrations started at Villa Gastel and it will be followed by dinner and dance at Villa Olmo. Indian formal was the dress code for the first day of the engagement. On Saturday i.e today it is an Italian Fiesta, so the guests are supposed to dress in Cocktail theme.

From the video, we can assume that today is the second day where everyone is dressed as per the theme. The venue is decorated with flowers and we can see rose petals being showered on the couple and the water fountain show entertaining the guests. Isha looked stunning in a golden gown while Anand was in a sherwani. Isha’s mother Nita Ambani is seen preparing for a speech and in the background soft Italian music can be heard. The ceremony is no less than a fairytale. After all, it’s Ambani’s daughter’s engagement!

Sunday (September 23) will see a celebratory lunch for the guests at Duomo di Como & Teatro Sociale Como. The last day will be followed by a farewell lunch on Sunday and the dress code is casual.

Isha and Anand’s love story started at a temple in Mahabaleshwar (Maharashtra), where Anand proposed her. Earlier this year in May a small ceremony was organised to celebrate the proposal. Several Bollywood celebs are expected to attend the engagement ceremony and we are eagerly waiting to lay our hand on more pictures from this engagement ceremony of the year.
