Actor Irrfan Khan, who is awaiting the release of his forthcoming film ‘Madaari’, says he wants to go behind the mic for a film in “the coming years”.
The actor became part of the TV show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ to promote his film, and was so inspired by the contestants that he expressed his wish to sing.
“’Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ singers are mind-blowing and they have such a great talent. After witnessing them, even I got inspired to sing and will sing in the coming year for sure,” Irrfan said in a statement.
The actor will be seen in the Eid special episode, hosted by Jay Bhanushali. The episode will air on Zee TV on Saturday.
The actor, who is also awaiting release of his film ‘Inferno’ with Tom Hanks, also shared that he felt “honoured and fortunate to witness such incredible talent”.
“I thoroughly enjoyed all the performances and must say that they are phenomenally talented and have a long way to go,” he said.
