Yash Chopra’s last ast directorial venture Jab Tak Hai Jaan (JTHJ) collections have crossed 100 cr at the domestic box office on Friday, November 23. On November 22, Thursday, the movie collected 98 cr nett in its extended week of 10 days and the film also has crossed 150 cr nett in the worldwide box office collections.
The film collected 4.90 cr nett on its 2nd Friday taking the total domestic collections of the film to 102.95 cr nett in 11 days.
This is 3rd consecutive 100 cr nett film from Shahrukh Khan after “Ra.One” and “Don 2″. He is the 2nd actor to do so after box office current King Salman Khan.
The box office collections of JTHJ in the overseas market is also formidable with a figure of Rs. 52 crore nett in the first ten days.
JTHJ has not crossed the 100 crore mark as fast as Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger did in August, but the film can be called a Super hit.
Meantime, Ajay Devgn’s Son of Sardaar, SOS is heading towards the 100 crore club steadily. The film collected good 82 cr nett at the end of the 1st week on Thursday, November 22.
SOS collected 4.75 cr nett on 2nd Friday, November 23 taking the film’s total domestic collections to 87 cr nett.This movie can called as Hit.
