Yash is one of the biggest stars in the country right now and his KGF franchise is loved by the fans and how. But for Yash, his biggest achievements are not the numbers at the box office. The actor recently revealed in an interview how he overcame his inferiority complex and how he was termed a small town boy along with his English not being good.
But Yash has broken all labels and stereotypes with his work which has been record-breaking and creating its own benchmark. In an interview with The Week, Yash was asked about his inferiority complex and how he has risen above it, he said, “That is my biggest achievement, not box office numbers or benefits I get being a star. Every star is made In his head, the battle you fight is within you. People might term you as a small-town boy and say your English is not good or the way you dress is below par. I feel all of this can be leant.”
The actor further said that he believes if one is confident, then everything will fall into place and by confidence, he doesn’t just mean confidence, but, “They say knowledge eradicates fear. Explore and learn the craft. If someone is talking about cinema, then learn cinema. Then you understand cinema in such a way that you need not be scared. You will be scared when you don’t know. When one prepares for an examination, one is not scared. I think it is all about how much you are willing to put in for what you want. You should not listen to the world, but rather believe in yourself. If someone tells you something cannot be done, you can still do it. And if you have that uniqueness, there is no need to be scared of anyone.”

The Kannada actor is of the opinion that youngsters should only focus in their efforts rather than others moving ahead because of their connections, “Youngsters tend to think a lot about whether they come from economically weaker sections, or whether someone is doing well because of their connections or cars. Trust me when I say this—nothing can change them if they do not believe in effort.”
Meanwhile, Yash is currently basking in the glory of KGF: Chapter 2 which also starred Srinidhi Shetty, Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon. The movie has garnered a collection of over 400 crores in a run of four weeks so far.
