Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are the new lovebirds in town. Ranbir and Alia, who are currently shooting for Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’, have been in the news since the trilogy went on floor. They were spotted together on outings, movie dates but when they attended Sonam Kapoor’s wedding together, the social media couldn’t stop buzzing.

Alia had time and again expressed her admiration for the ‘Rockstar’ but it was the ‘Barfi’ star who finally confirmed to GQ in an interview that he is dating Alia. He added that their relationship is ‘too new’ and needs breathing space.

Is marriage on Alia’s mind? In a recent interview to Hindustan Times, she opened up on the subject and she has an opinion too. Where some prefer to live-in with their partner than get married, she was clear to pick her side and said that she will rather get married than go for a live-in with the man she loves.

Alia on being asked if she is all set to surprise fans with her decision to marry, Alia said, “Nothing is cast in stone, right? So if I feel that I’m in a position where I want to take such a step, then I will. I’ve always believed that I would get married because of kids. So if I am like this is the time I want to have my children and am also ready to have babies, I will get married.”

Alia said that she has set no deadline on when she will marry. “Yes, I’ve not set any deadline, because it doesn’t really matter. I may be like listen, I love you, so let’s get married and live together but I will still work. So I may get married just to live with that person. It’s also because I don’t want to be in a live-in relationship. I don’t want to live with someone until I get married. So, it (marriage) may happen for that reason.” (Also Read: Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt begin the second schedule of ‘Brahmastra’)
