Mahesh Babu, Namrata Shirodkar, daughter Sitara pay emotional tributes to late Indira Devi

Mahesh Babu’s mother Indira Devi breathed her last on September 28 in Hyderabad. She was 70. Reportedly, she was unwell for the past few weeks and was admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad for prolonged illness. Mahesh Babu, his wife Namrata Shirodkar and their daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni have paid heartfelt tributes to Indira Devi on social media.

The Sarkaru Vaari Paata actor posted an old pic of his beloved mother in a saree and posted it with heart emojis. Namrata shared a recent picture of her mother-in-law on Instagram. She captioned the pic, “We will miss you deeply… You’re in my memory and all the love you gave me. I will shower on your son and your grandchildren and more…We love you, mummy…Sending you endless love and light.”

Sitara remembered her grandmother with a heartfelt Instagram post. She shared a picture with her grandmom and brother Gautham Ghattamaneni. Sharing the priceless pic, she wrote, “I will miss you so much Nainamma. Wish you’d come back… (pensive face and broken heart emojis).”

A video went viral on social media where Sitara was seen crying inconsolably. Her parents were seen consoling her.

Mahesh Babu performed the last rites of his mother on Wednesday. Her mortal remains were kept at Padmalaya Studios where Vijay Deverakonda, Sukumar, Rana Daggubati, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna among others visisted to pay their last respects.
