South superstar Mahesh Babu, who is currently gearing up for the release of Sarkaru Vaari Paata, is also excited about his upcoming film with director SS Rajamouli. In an interview, SS Rajamouli’s father and screenwriter KV Vijayendra Prasad has shared an update about the movie. He has confirmed that film will go on floors in the first half of 2023. He also said that it will be set against the backdrop of a jungle.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, KV Vijayendra Prasad revealed that they are preparing the story and he hasn’t finished writing the script yet. “This year Mahesh Babu is busy with another movie. It’s with Mr Trivikram Srinivas, he is directing a movie for Mahesh Babu,” added Prasad.
Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu’s film will be backed by KL Narayana under his banner, Durga Arts. Talking about the film, the Sarileru Neekevvaru actor revealed that it will be like Indiana Jones.
Talking about Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata, it is slated to hit the theatres on May 12.

During a media interaction, he said, “I am excited to join hands with director Rajamouli and I look forward to the shooting. It is too soon to reveal any details about the project. But, I can assure you that it is going to be a massive project.”
It will be a Telugu-Hindi bilingual where the actor will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar.
