Major actor Adivi Sesh meets Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray and family, calls it an ‘incredible moment’-view pics

Actor-writer Adivi Sesh, who was recently seen in Major met chief minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray and his family and called it an ‘incredible moment’. He posted pics from the meet where he was accompanied by his co-star Saiee Manjrekar and the film’s director Sashi Kiran Tikka. Sesh said the CM promised ‘full support’ in allocating funds for NDA aspirants. He also thanked Saiee’s actor-filmmaker father Mahesh Manjrekar for facilitating the meeting.

On Monday, Adivi shared a picture with the Thackeray family on Instagram and wrote “Had the incredible opportunity to meet the Honourable CM of Maharashtra Shri Uddhav Thackeray. He promised to extend full support for our MAJOR promise fund for NDA aspirants. It was an incredible moment. Thank you for the amazing words about our film sir (sic)”.

He added, “We will be showing the film to the entire family in the next few days. Was an absolute delight to meet Shri @AUThackeray as well. Thank you #MaheshManjrekar ji for being the bridge for our efforts (sic)”.

Major has received positive reviews from critics and audiences. It is the story of a soldier – the late Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan who was the hero of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. The movie was also released in Hindi and is doing good business at the box-office.
