In the same year, he became the talk of the town with his role as a villain in comedy-thriller In Harihar Nagar.
Since then there was no looking back for him. He later went on to feature in around 120 movies and was part of hits such as Champakulam Thachan (1992), Kabuliwala (1993), Bandhukal Shatrukal (1993), Ezhupunna Tharakan (1999), Nerariyan CBI (2005) and The King and the Commissioner (2012).
