Nawazuddin Siddiqui shoots despite of an injury

The powerhouse performer Nawazuddin Siddiqui injured himself on the sets of his forthcoming venture Kushan Nandy’s ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz’. The actor, being a professional, refused to stall the shoot and continued in spite of getting hurt.

The director Kushan recently revealed this to a popular daily, “Nawaz got injured while playing with a rusted metal can for one of the scenes. He was so immersed in the scene that he cut his hand on the opened area of the can. It took more than an hour for the bleeding to stop.”

Although, doctors were summoned on the sets, Nawaz completed the shoot only after his scene was completed. Like a true professional, he even hid his bleeding hand for as long as he could, so the shooting could continue seamlessly.
