NickYanka: Post their wedding, Wikipedia reflects their new relationship status

Bollywood actress and global icon Priyanka Chopra is now married to her American singer-songwriter beau Nick Jonas. The couple exchanged vows today at the Royal Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur (Rajasthan). Honouring the different traditions and cultures they come from, Priyanka and Nick got married as per Christian traditions today.

Their wedding was officiated by Nick’s father Paul Kevin Jonas. As the couple is now officially married, their Wikipedia pages were updated to reflect their new relationship status. Yes, the spouse section in Priyanka’s page on Wikipedia reads as ‘Nick Jonas’ and Nick’s spouse section now reads as ‘Priyanka Chopra’.

Now after their Christian wedding, the couple will once again get married as per Hindu rituals tomorrow ie. on December 2. Post their wedding the couple is all set to hold two wedding receptions. Their first reception will take place in Delhi on December 4. NickYanka will host another reception for PeeCee’s Bollywood friends and colleagues in Mumbai in the second week of December. Much to everyone’s surprise Priyanka and Nick today shared pictures from their Mehendi ceremony on their social media handles.

After dating for a year and a half the couple got engaged in the month of August in an intimate Roka ceremony that took place at Priyanka’s Mumbai residence.

We wish these newlyweds a lifetime of happiness and bliss. Their marriage is truly an amalgamation of two cultures and traditions.
