It’s been six months that actor Sanjay Dutt is out of prison, but he doesn’t have any film offers as yet. He has been travelling to Poland. Before Dutt came out of the Yerwada jail, people were waiting for him and there was a strong buzz that many filmmakers would queue up with film offers.
In fact, the 57-year-old actor had given a nod to Siddharth Anand’s action flick, but then decided not to do it. He then gave a go ahead to a project called ‘Marco Bhau’. It will be the directorial debut of producer-director Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s sister, Shelly. But, it looks like this project will not roll before February 2017. Dutt’s spokesperson said that he is in no rush to sign films and is keen to spend time with family and travel.
Dutt was imprisoned by TADA for illegal possession of arms and ammunition. He was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s film ‘PK’ in a supporting role. According to sources, Sanjay Dutt’s comeback film will be ‘Total Dhamaal’ and it is expected to go on floors around next year.
