The reason Kajol rejected Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg 3’

Salman Khan will soon be donning the avatar of Chulbul Pandey for the third installment of the very hit ‘Dabangg’ franchise. The makers are leaving no stone unturned to make the third series a hit one. The movie is all set to go on floor soon. There will be a slight change in the lead actress as Sonakshi Sinha who was an integral part of the first two will not be a part of the third.

Sources revealed that Sonakshi Sinha will not be part of ‘Dabangg 3’. The reason being her apparent fallout with Salman Khan. Seems like things are not hunky-dory between the two. So now the makers are on the lookout for some new leading actress.

Now a new rumour is doing rounds in Bollywood circles, that apparently, Arbaaz Khan has approached Kajol for ‘Dabangg 3’. The surprising fact is that it is not for a leading role but for depicting a villainous character in the hit franchise. But the ‘Dilwale’ beauty has rejected the offer as she wanted a meaty role in the film.

Kajol and Salman Khan have worked together for a number of hit films. So it would have been wonderful to see them sharing screen space after such a long time now.

Salman Khan will start shooting for ‘Dabangg 3’ as soon as he completes Kabir Khan’s ‘Tubelight’.
