BREAKING: Rishab Shetty to play Lord Shiva in Kantara Chapter 1?

Ever since actor Rishab Shetty released the first look of himself in the prequel Kantara Chapter 1, fans are all pumped up. However, the one thing that intrigued fans was his look where he was seen in a Lord Shiva get-up, completely smeared in blood. They started speculating if he was playing the lord onscreen. While the production company is currently ruling the box office with the biggest film ‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire, fans are awaiting Kantara Chapter 1.

It is a well-known fact that since the makers dropped the teaser, the fans and the audiences have left everyone stunned with the scale. The way it has been presented, the look and the incredible transformation of director-actor Rishab Shetty. Since the teaser dropped, several speculations have been doing rounds. It is being speculated that Rishab Shetty might be seen playing the divine Lord Shiva in the much-awaited prequel.

It is to be noted that the character of Rishab in the first part Kantara is named Shiva. Since it is being reported Kantara Chapter 1 is a prequel to the predecessor, the chances are high. We might get to see Rishab Shetty playing Lord Shiva in the much-awaited film Kantara Chapter 1. Going by the title Kantara A Legend Chapter 1, it seems like there are going to be more chapters. And that would be thrilling. Moreover, this is a prequel to Kantara, showing us where it all started. This means we are going to understand Shiva’s father’s backstory.

Directed by Rishab Shetty and produced by Vijay Kiragandur, Kantara is going to be a prequel. It will be released in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and Bengali.
