Samantha showers praise on Allu Arjun for his ‘stunning’ performance in Pushpa, here’s how he reacts

Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise hit the theatres worldwide on December 17 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada. Directed by Sukumar, the movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles. Samantha has a special dance number in the movie. The song created a lot of buzz much before the release of the movie. Samantha has been raved for her sensuous dance moves in the item number. Allu Arjun also featured in the song alongside Samantha. The latter showered praise on the actor in an appreciation post on Instagram. The Family Man 2 actress is ‘truly inspired’ by Allu Arjun’s performance in Pushpa.

She wrote, “A performance that just keeps you hooked. Every second was. I am always inspired when an actor is just so good that it is impossible to look away. @alluarjunonline was that for me in #Pushpa. From the accent to the one side drooping shoulder and that god damn SWAG. Phew .. absolutely stunning .. truly inspired.”

The Stylish Star reacted to Samantha’s post as he thanked the actress. He wrote, “Thank you for your heartfelt compliments dear. Touched.”

Pushpa has got mixed reviews but it’s performing well at the box-office. This is a big movie of the Arya actor after the Covid-19 lockdown. It opened with good numbers on day one of its release. It raked in Rs 3 crore. Later, Pushpa witnessed a growth on day two as it collected Rs 4 crore and on day three, it minted Rs 5 crores on, and the total collection for the Hindi version stands at Rs 12 crore at the box office.
