‘We saw it all, from tears of joy to tears of pain,’ Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s hairstylist pens an emotional note as she takes an acting break

On Thursday, Samantha Ruth Prabhu confirmed her acting break as she wrapped up the shoot of Citadel India. The break comes after the actress was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, myositis, last year. Samantha has taken this time off from work to focus on her health and well-being. And she has been receiving only love and warmth from all around.

Post her making the break official, Samantha’s hairstylist Rohit Bhatkar penned an emotional note for her. He recalled their good memories as well as the sad ones. He wrote, “2years, 1 sensational music video, 3movies, 7brand campaigns, 2editorials And lifetime of memories. We saw it all from sunny days to rainy days, From tears of joy and laughter to tears of pain and agony. From being confident to being vulnerable, From our highs to our lows and then back up… What a beautiful ride it has been with you .Certainly one to remember…”

He also went on to wish her all the love and luck as she embarks on her healing journey. Rohit added, “As you now go on a healing journey I wish you more Strength and Power to you. And that you unfold certain dimensions of your existence which you never tapped on up until now. Upwards and onwards. Big hug and lots of love to you Sam! Remember that “you are that wild flower which grew even after the forest fire” Know that we will all be waiting for you to come back even stronger than ever……. Samantha has had a whirlwind of a life in the last 2 years. From getting divorced from ex-husband Naga Chaitanya, to being diagnosed with myositis, she has gone through a lot. In between, she also tasted success as she made longer strides in the Hindi film industry.

The actress just wrapped up the shoot of Citadel India with Varun Dhawan. And while she goes on a break, she does have certain projects in pipeline. While one of them is Citadel India, the other is her film Kushi. It features her opposite Vijay Deverakonda. The duo’s chemistry is being lauded by the audience. And as Samantha embarks on her healing journey, here’s wishing her all the love and luck for it as we await her return to showbiz.
