Samantha has been making headlines for her performance in The Family Man 2 and her recently released film Shaakuntalam. Well, she has added another feather to her cap as she purchased a new lavish 3BHK flat worth a whopping amount.

According to the latest reports, Samantha bought a new house worth Rs 7.8 crores in Hyderabad. According to a real estate data analytics firm, CRE Matrix, “The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor.” Reportedly, the luxurious property is located in Jayabheri Orange County and we are sure it would be magnificent. Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s new house is said to have a beautiful design that looks modernised yet elegant.

The Family Man 2 actor also reportedly bought a palatial apartment in Mumbai worth Rs 15 crore. Furthermore, she has a luxurious house in Jubilee Hills worth Rs 100 crores.

The Yashoda actor was last seen in Shaakuntalam which garnered mixed response from the fans and critics. It fared well at the box office. Now, she is gearing up for the release of Kushi wherein she will be seen starring opposite Vijay Devarakonda for the first time. The movie is directed by Shiva Nirvana and is scheduled to release on September 1.
