Actress Deepika Padukone gives utmost importance to the script while signing for a particular movie. She says that script is the King for her. Her varied roles in movies like ‘Piku’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’, ‘Chennai Express’ are proof of this fact.
Soon to make a foray into Hollywood with ‘xXx: The Return of Xander Cage’ that also stars Vin Diesel, the actress considers the experience as fantastic.
Here’s what she quoted to a daily, “For me it is not important whether I am working in a Hollywood or Bollywood movie. It’s the script that matters a lot to me. I need to know if I will love doing it and it’s only after that I take up roles.”
When she was asked about difference between the two industries, she says there wasn’t any except for the location for her Hollywood film. She feels Bollywood is at par with Hollywood now in terms of content.
