Tamannaah Bhatia is hitting headlines as apparently, she has not received payments for her stint as a host for the Masterchef Telugu show. She is reportedly taking a legal route for the same and the unprofessional behavior she has been facing. For the unversed, MasterChef is a popular culinary show across the world. While the Telugu version is hosted by Bhatia, the Tamil version is hosted by Vijay Sethupathi. Tamannaah has been getting positive reviews for her new job as a host. Her style and hosting skills have been the talk of the town.
And now, we have heard that not all is well between the makers and the host. The actress’ lawyer issued a statement, which read, “Due to the non-payment of dues on MasterChef Telugu and unprofessional conduct by the production house Innovative Film Academy, Tamannaah Bhatia is being forced to take legal action. Despite the continuous non-payment and unprofessional approach, she cancelled other commitments and was determined to complete the entire project. However, since the production house has overnight stopped communication with her, she is now forced to consider filing a legal suit against them.”
A few days ago, rumours were already rife that Tamannaah has left the show and popular Telugu host Anasuya Bhardwaj has replaced her in the MasterChef Telugu. Speaking of MasterChef Telugu, the reality cooking show went on air on August 27. It features Hyderabad chefs Sanjay Thumma, Chalapathi Rao, and Mahesh Padala as judges. The show airs on Gemini TV and Sun NXT.
