Check out the first look of Ayushmann Khurrana and Radhika Apte’s ‘AndhaDun’

The first look of Ayushmann Khurrana and Radhika Apte starrer ‘AndhaDun’ is finally out. The thriller that was earlier titled ‘Shoot The Piano Player’ was given a Hindi title as the producers of the movie didn’t wish to have an English title.

The film is being helmed by Sriram Raghavan of ‘Badlapur’ fame and has the ‘Bareily ki Barfi’ star Ayushmann Khurrana depicting the role of a blind pianist. The movie that is being produced by Viacom 18 Movies  also features noted actress Tabu in a pivotal role.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the first look on his Twitter handle and wrote, “Ayushmann Khurrana. Tabu. Radhika Apte… First look poster of #AndhaDhun… Directed by Sriram Raghavan… Produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Matchbox Pictures… 31 Aug 2018 release.” (Also Read: Ayushmann Khurrana teases the audience with the title of his next film)

Recently, the ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ actor had revealed the title of the film with a quirky video.

Ayushmann had tweeted, “Oh it’s not easy when you have to match up to Sriram Raghavan’s string of badass film titles but we all gave it a try! In the video, the entire team is seen giving in their inputs on what the title of the film should be. The stars finally revealed the title- ‘AndhaDhun’.

‘AndhaDun’ will be releasing on 31 August 2018.

On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana will also be seen in an upcoming film ‘Badhaai Ho’ opposite Sanya Malhotra which is directed by Vishal Bhardwaj.

The acclaimed 32-year-old actress has two Netflix original series, at least three Hindi films and two overseas projects in her bag. She will be seen in Gauravv K Chawla’s’ Bazaar,’ alongside Saif Ali Khan and Chitrangada Singh, Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Lust Stories’ ‘Michael Winterbottom’s ‘The Wedding Guest’, which also stars Dev Patel. Lydia Dean’s untitled which is based on the ‘World War II’ where she is seen depicting the role of a spy Noor Inayat Khan.
