The trailer of Sonakshi Sinha’s ‘Akira’ to be attached to ‘Sultan’

The trailer of Sonakshi Sinha’s ‘Akira‘ will be attached to the highly awaited Eid release ‘Sultan’. It’s a happy moment for the actress who had a smashing debut opposite the ‘Sultan’ Salman Khan in ‘Dabangg’.

Akira’s trailer releases on July 4 and will be screened in the theatres with Sultan that hits the screens on July 6, which happens to be Eid. This is a smart marketing move to attach the trailer to the film, since the film is getting a 5-day opening weekend. Also, the teaser and poster of ‘Akira’ have received appreciation from all. This has further increased the buzz around the trailer of the film.

As per a source close to the film, “Yes it is true. The trailer of Akira is getting attached to Sultan. It is a very nostalgic moment for Sonakshi because she debuted with Salman and now the trailer of her film is coming out with one of his eagerly awaited film.”

The film that is directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Fox Star Studios will be releasing on September 2, 2016.
