Salman Khan’s prestigious project ‘Jai Ho’, that his brother Sohail Khan is making is sold to Eros International at an enviable amount of Rs 110 crores. This report made the headlines of many dailies. But now it is being said that there are two more studios vying for its rights – Viacom18 and UTV too.
As per sources, Eros international is quite keen to acquire the rights, but the deal has not been clinched as yet. For Viacom 18 and UTV too are interested in gaining the rights of the Salman Khan movie, that will be releasing after a gap of seventeen months.
Whether Eros finally gets Salman’s prized premium product, depends on how far the negotiations go with other production companies. Sohail Khan when asked to confirm if the news was right or just a rumour laughingly said, “Please don’t under-sell my film.”
