The teaming up of actor Salman Khan and filmmaker Kabir Khan is nothing less than a delightful experience for every moviegoer. The duo who have previously churned out blockbusters like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ are now busy these days with ‘Tubelight’, their third collaboration.
Kabir Khan who had started shooting this movie in Ladakh with a crew comprising of 200 people from July, considers this to be his one of the toughest schedules but also the most spectacular.
Recently, Kabir took to his Twitter account where he shared a new selfie featuring himself along with Salman and other crew members. He wrote, “Ladakh… One of the toughest schedules ever but also the most spectacular #Tubelight @BeingSalmanKhan @Zhuzhu_juju.”

Reportedly Kabir Khan’s ‘Tubelight’ is set against the backdrop of 1962 Indo-Chinese war This is a period love story in which Salman’s character falls in love with a Chinese girl. A few days ago, it was confirmed that this would mark the Bollywood debut of Chinese actress Zhu Zhu opposite ‘Dabangg’ Khan.
Zhu Zhu has worked in international films like ‘Shanghai Calling’, ‘The Man with the Iron Fists’, ‘What Women Want’, ‘Last Flight’, etc.
‘Tubelight’ also stars Salman’s brother Sohail Khan in a pivotal part. Like their previous National Award winning endeavour ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘Tubelight’ is also slated to hit the screens during the festive time of Eid in 2017.
