Unveiled: The logo of Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan’s ‘Housefull 3’

The ‘Housefull‘ franchise has been a money spinner for the makers. The first starred Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Arjun Rampal, Deepika Padukone and Lara Dutta, and was directed by Sajid Khan. The second instalment, also directed by Sajid Khan, had John Abraham replacing Rampal and went on to be a bigger hit than the first. The third franchise is directed by Sajid Samji and Farhad Samji and produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. It stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, and Lisa Haydon.

The makers of the film have unveiled the logo of the much-awaited comedy on April 19. It is quite simple but we think the content will be the king. The trailer launch too will be a grand affair. Eros International is giving 50000 movie goers a chance to see the trailer of the latest edition of the ‘Housefull’ franchise in cinemas across India on Sunday, April 24. It will be showcased on big screens across 100 cities simultaneously. At the end of the trailer will be a special message for the fans from the entire team of ‘Housefull 3’.

The ensemble star cast, along with the directors and producers of the film, will be present in Mumbai for the big launch event. Sajid Farhad’s film is scheduled for release in India and abroad on June 3.

Housefull 3 will reportedly feature a bromance between Akshay Kumar’s character and Abhishek Bachchan.
