Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu: Silambarasan looks unrecognisable in the first look poster; fans are amazed by his ‘transformation’

Gautham Vasudev Menon and Silambarasan TR aka Simbu’s movie is now titled Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu. Earlier the film was titled Nadhigalilae Neeradum Suriyan when it was announced. The first look of Silambarasan from the movie is out and he is totally unrecognisable in the poster. In the poster, he is seen walking away from a burning forest in a shirt and a lungi and holding a stick. This look of Silambarasan from Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu has indeed surprised his fans. They will see the actor in a never-seen-before avatar. The music of the film is given by AR Rahman and is bankrolled by Vels Film International. STR 47 is touted to be an action thriller.

Silambarasan shared the poster on his Twitter handle. Gautham also shared the first look and title and wrote, “Here’s the title and first look of the new film with @TRSilambarasan @arrahman @IshariKGanesh @VelsFilmIntl @Ashkum19. Thank you to everybody who made this possible.” Silambarasan wrote, “#VendhuThanindhathuKaadu Directed by @menongautham An @arrahman musical & Produced by @VelsFilmIntl #VTK #SilambarasanTR”.
