Watch: Ishaan Khatter celebrates his 23rd birthday in style with friends and family

Ishaan Khatter who won hearts in Karan Johar’s romantic drama ‘Dhadak’ has turned a year older today. The young actor who won appreciation for his acting prowess in Majid Majidi’s ‘Beyond The Clouds’, celebrated the big day with his mother Neelima Azim, brother Shahid Kapoor, sister-in-law Mira Rajput, friend and co-star Janhvi Kapoor and others. The family got together at an upscale joint in Bandra and had much fun there.

Ishaan shares a close connection with his mother Neelima Azim and the duo were spotted entering the upscale joint together. Ishaan graced the celebrations in a loose white printed shirt and distressed jeans. His mother looked pretty in a yellow kurta.

Mira and Shahid who share a close bond with the youngster joined him on his special day, where Shahid was seen in a grey tee and denim, Mira was glowing in a purple t-shirt and black flared pants. Ishaan lovingly calls his bhabhi Mira as Bhabhidoll.

Ishaan will mark his debut on Karan Johar’s much-loved chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ alongwith with Bade Bhaiya Shahid Kapoor. Ishaan who was last seen in ‘Dhadak’ hasn’t revealed anything about his next project, however, he was spotted reading a film script a couple of months back. Recently it was reported that apparently, he was to sign an Anurag Basu project was advised against it by Karan Johar.
