Bollywood’s Jhakaas actor Anil Kapoor‘s son Harshvardhan Kapoor is all set to mark his debut in the world of entertainment. He is busy wrapping up his debut film that is being directed by erstwhile filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. Now we have some more good news on the Kapoor boy. He has also been enrolled for a Vikramaditya Motwane’s upcoming release.
Yes, Harshvardhan has been signed up by Vikramaditya for his film ‘Bhavesh Joshi’. The movie that had been shelved by the director in 2014 has been revived once again. The ‘Lootera’ director is all set to start the project again.
Sources said, “Imran Khan was all set to play the lead in Motwane’s ‘Bhavesh Joshi’, but he opted out due to certain issues. Then there were rumours of Ranveer Singh being approached for the film. But, later on, Sidharth Malhotra was reportedly finalized for the project.”
Sources further added, “But even after Sidharth was finalized, Motwane decided to shelve the project as he felt the story of the film was not relevant any more. But, as ‘Bhavesh Joshi’ became a special film to the ‘Udaan’ director, he decided to revive and make the film. Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor has been roped in to play the lead in the film.”
The news of ‘Bhavesh Joshi’ being revived was confirmed by Vikramaditya, who further added that the movie will star Sonam Kapoor’s brother Harshvardhan and will be going on floors from next month.
Some people have all the luck as even before the release of his first film ‘Mirzya’, Harshvardhan has signed on his second film.
