Music composer and singer Vishal Dadlani‘s apology has been accepted by the Jain community. Just a quick recap, Tarun Sagar also known as Maharaj ji by his followers addressed all Haryana lawmakers on Friday and gave a speech. The singer-composer Vishal Dadlani had passed a remark on Tarun Sagar, a Digambar Jain community monk and called his speech “monkery”. Although, he deleted it later, but the damage was done and he was severely criticized for his derogatory comment.
Dadlani even apologized with a tweet yesterday that read as follows:
I apologise again, to the Jain Community, & all others offended. But I beg you all not to support religion in governance, for India’s sake.

Now, the latest development on this piece of news is that the famous Jain monk, Tarun Sagar has forgiven and forgotten the incident.
Satyendar Jain, a Delhi minister and top leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said, “Maharaj ji has already forgiven and forgotten this incident. He said that this a very small happening for me and does not affect me in anyway.”
There’s an FIR too that has been filed against Mr Dadlani for hurting religious sentiments of Haryana, that is ruled by the BJP.
