When Rana Daggubati wanted to set up Prabhas with Katrina Kaif

Pan India star Prabhas had shared screen space with Rana Daggubati in SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali 1 and 2. To promote their first film the trio had ended up as guests Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan 6. The enigmatic Prabhas, the outgoing Rana Daggubati, and the visionary S. S. Rajamouli – were the guests in one of the episodes of the sixth season of ‘Koffee With Karan in December 2018.

Karan Johar who is known for his skill of making his guests reveal their hidden secrets was in his elements.

During the Rapid Fire round in Koffee With Karan, the celebrity Host asked some tough questions to the Baahubali team which they candidly answered.

The ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ director asked Rana Daggubati if he had to set up Prabhas with any Bollywood actress who will it be? The ‘Housefull 4’ actor was quick to reply with Katrina Kaif’s name. Karan then went on to ask Prabhas if he approves his co-star’s choice. But Prabhas passed off the question and said that its Rana’s question.

Next Karan Johar asked Rana Daggubati his favourite breakthrough actor. To which the actor took the name of Vicky Kaushal. When Prabhas was asked who he would set up Rana with, he replied with Trisha’s name. The Salaar actor jokingly asked Rana to go back to his previous relationship.

Rana Daggubati confirmed his relationship with Trisha Krishnan on Karan Johar’s popular show. He admitted that they have dated but things didn’t work out between them. Rana is at present happily married to his girlfriend Miheeka Bajaj.
