Anu Malik opens up about his Cameo in Khalbali Records, says, “I’m proud to see our industry’s diverse genres and talented artists shine in a musical drama”

JioCinema Preimum’s upcoming offering, Khalbali Records, is set to be the biggest musical drama of the year. It will feature an ensemble cast and special cameos from renowned musicians. The show explores the ever-evolving dynamics between indie and commercial music. Set against a father-son rivalry, Khalbali Records will be released on September 12th.

Featuring towering performances by Ram Kapoor, Skand Thakur, Saloni Batra, Salonie Patel, and Punjabi rapper Prabh Deep. The series will witness the biggest ensemble of 30-35 musicians, including renowned artists like Rekha Bharadwaj, Amit Trivedi, Neeti Mohan, Anu Malik, Shahid Mallya and Abhijeet Sawant to name a few. Directed by Devanshu Singh, the series showcases soulful soundtracks produced by ace composer Amit Trivedi. The records will incorporate unique indie hip-hop tracks by Azadi Records.
