Shah Rukh Khan beats Salman Khan on Twitter

Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has defeated Salman Khan on Twitter. King Khan now boasts of 12 million followers on Twitter to Salman Khan’s 11.2 million followers. Shahrukh Khan is quite active on the social network. The actor constantly shares updates not only about his professional life, but family as well, posting pictures and tweets about his children. The actor also shares his thoughts about current affairs at times. Now he has a reason to feel proud as the superstar has 12 million followers on the social network.

Shah Rukh Khan had joined Twitter in January 2010, his first tweet being “Being extremely shy, I never thought I would be here (on Twitter). But my friend Karan Johar insisted that I should learn to share my life.” The superstar now has almost 8,263 tweets and follows 76 people. Shahrukh Khan fans are celebrating their idols feat with hashtag #SRK12Million that is trending on Twitter.

At present we have Amitabh Bachchan on top with 13.9 million followers on Twitter, Shahrukh Khan comes second with 12 million followed by Aamir Khan with 11.9 million followers. Salman Khan has 11.2 million followers on the micro-blogging site.
