Sushmita Sen is back with the new season of her much loved show Aarya. The sherni looks deadlier than ever in the latest promo. The actress took to Instagram to share the teaser of Aarya 2 and her fierce avatar will pique your interest for sure. The teaser shows her covered in gulaal as she walks with vengeance in her eyes.

Taking to Instagram Sushmita wrote, “Sherni is back! This time, deadlier than ever! ?? Aarya’ll ready????”

Sushmita looks fierce and has an intense expression on her face. She is all set to protect her family once again.

In the first season of Aarya, Sushmita Sen co-starred with Chandrachur Singh, Sikander Kher, Vikas Kumar, Jayant Kripalani among others. The series marked Sushmita Sen’s comeback after five years. The story revolves around Sushmita’s character Aarya a mother of three children. She is the wife of a businessman, played by Chandrachur Singh, who gets shot in broad daylight. It showcased Sushmita Sen’s journey from a doting mother to a fighter.

The first season ended with Aarya deciding to pack up and leave the country with her kids. But she gets a call from the mob who is still tracking her every move to get back the money that was owed to them by her family. The release date of Aarya 2 is yet to be announced.

Aarya has been nominated in the Best Drama Series category at the International Emmys. The International Emmys winners will be announced in New York on November 22, 2021.
