Aashka Goradia inspires as she does pushups while 18 weeks pregnant

This current generation of women have been proving that being pregnant doesn’t have to halt some things that earlier seemed impossible. Be it working out or doing other physical activities, today pregnant women do it all. And actress Aashka Goradia added another example to it as she dropped a video of her doing yoga while 18 weeks pregnant.

The actress posted a video on her Instagram on World Yoga Day exercising. Aashka Goradia is being guided and trained by husband Brent Goble in the video. She looks so at peace and inspiring as she attempts pushups and yoga poses like downward dog.

Along with the video, she penned a note starting with the hashtag ’18 weeks’. She wrote, “Every day, as my body gracefully adapts to the incredible changes of pregnancy, I find solace and strength through the practice of prenatal yoga. Aashka’s pregnancy announcement

Aashka and Brent made the announcement of their first pregnancy on Mother’s Day this year. On May 14, 2023, the couple dropped an adorable video announcing that they are expecting their ‘beach baby’ to arrive November 2023.

With the video, they wrote, “On this Mother’s Day – this becomes even more special! “Our family and our practice grows by 1 this November! Send us a loving thought as we embark on our greatest journey yet!” Beach baby is on the way!”
