Tajikistan singer Abdu Rozik is over the moon with his wedding with his fiance Amira. He has got engaged to her but they are yet to tie the knot. Earlier, there were reports that Abdu would be getting married on July 7th but it looks like his wedding is going to get postponed now. Abdu Rozik confirmed that his wedding has been postponed as he has been offered his first-ever title boxing fight. The match has been scheduled for July 6th at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.
Abdu Rozik reveals why his wedding got postponed
Speaking to Etimes, Abdu said, “I never imagined that I’ll get the chance to fight for a in my life. After so many good things happening this year for my career and my love life, unfortunately, I have to postpone the wedding as this match will give us huge financial security for the future.” He also mentioned how his fiance is supporting him for the same. He said, “Amira supports my decision fully as it will change a lot for us. It’s the first-ever title for someone my size and I have a heavy training camp to endure as well these days.”

Shiv who was also with him in Bigg Boss 16 house said that he didn’t know about the postponement but he was planning to attend the wedding on July 7. He told the same portal, “I am planning a trip on June 15 to Dubai, I will meet him and then will get to know more details. I haven’t met or seen his fiancee yet but I hope to be there for his wedding, whenever it takes place. In fact, we would all like to be there for him.“

Earlier, Rozik confirmed that Salman Khan would be attending his marriage. He said, “I plan to call all my friends from showbiz and Salman Khan will also come to the wedding to bless me. He already called to congratulate me. We plan to have a big celebration and I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life.“
Abdu also mentioned that his wedding with Amira is ‘not a publicity stunt’. He said, “It is not a publicity stunt. We are also not promoting a music video so it is not a PR strategy. I feel that people are not ready to believe that a small guy like me can find love and a companion for life. People should be happy that I am starting a new chapter in my life. I have not told my Mumbai friends about my marriage plans because our family culture is such. We cannot disclose the face of our bride and can’t talk about our wedding.”
