Karan Patel asks casting directors for work after a wry post on people talking about T20 World Cup, Deepika Padukone’s baby bump

Karan Patel, widely recognised for his role as Raman Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has made a significant mark in the entertainment industry. Over the years, Karan has impressed audiences with his performances in various shows. Recently, the actor took to social media to express his eagerness to return to work after the conclusion of significant events like the elections and the T20 World Cup.

In his Instagram story, Karan requested updates on ongoing casting opportunities. He also congratulated soon-to-be parents Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. Karan wrote, “Ok, so now that the GENERAL ELECTIONS are over, INDIA has WON the T20 World Cup, DEEPIKA PADUKONE’s cutest baby bump has also been revealed, CONGRATULATIONS to the, to be mommy & daddy.”

He concluded with a plea, “Now can we get back to work please, and let me know if anyone’s casting.”

Karan Patel married actress Ankita Bhargava on May 3, 2015, and they welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in 2019. His fame skyrocketed with his portrayal of Raman Bhalla in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, produced by Ektaa Kapoor.
