EXCLUSIVE: Aditi Rao Hydari shares working experience with Naseeruddin Shah in Taj:  Felt comfortable to ask him random questions

Aditi Rao Hydari is one of the most loved actresses in the industry. Aditi is currently busy promoting her upcoming web series Taj: Divided by Blood along with her co-stars Aashim Gulati, Taha Shah Badussha, and Shubham Kumar Mehra. Recently, Aditi and the team of Taj sat down for an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble. During the conversation, Aditi opened up about working with Naseeruddin Shah in Taj. Aditi heaped praises on the veteran star.

When asked about her best memory of working with Naseeruddin Shah in Taj, Aditi shared, “Naseer sir is an iconic actor for many generations. But somewhere when you come on set with a person like that, what I really saw was a child like artist who just constantly wants to make a scene better.”

The actress added, “I saw that this person who did not want to be alienated as the legend, and to sit in the corner, and for everybody to tip-toe around him. He was on set all the time, chatting or learning his lines or doing lines or doing a scene or rehearsing with me or answering my 85 million questions about dialogues or how to pronounce something or whatever.”

Aditi went on to add, “The fact that in 10 minutes I felt comfortable enough to ask him simple kinds of random questions just shows how collaborative and how much he works as a team and I found that really incredible about somebody who has that much experience who didn’t want to be left alone. He just wanted to work together as a team.”

During the chat, Aditi also opened up about playing Anarkali in Taj and the influence Madhubala had on her. Taj: Divided by Blood is based on the life and times of the Mughal Dynasty. The web series is set to release on 3^rd March, 2023, on Zee5.
