Aditya Singh Rajput funeral: Rajiv Adatia, Harsh Rajput, Karan Jotwani pay last rites

Model-turned-actor Aditya Singh Rajput, popularly known for Splitsvilla 9 and U, Me Aur Hum, passed away on May 22. It came as a shock to the entire nation when the young actor died. He was just 32 years old. According to the reports, he was found dead in the bathroom and was immediately taken to the nearby hospital. However, he was declared dead on arrival. After his untimely demise, his family performed the last rites and several TV celebs were seen attending Aditya Singh Rajput funeral.

Celebs like Bigg Boss 14 fame Rajiv Adatia, Harsh Rajput, Karan Jotwani, designer Rohit Verma and others were seen offering their last rites. Producer Ashok Pandit was also seen during the last rites of Aditya. Reportedly, Aditya Singh Rajput’s funeral took place at the crematorium in Oshiwara.

Aditya Singh Rajput death:

Earlier, it was reported he died due to drug overdose. However, the latest reports suggest he has suffered a serious head injury. Indian Express quoted a police officer saying, “A small injury on the rare left side of his head was seen during the panchnama. There was no bleeding, but the swelling on that part of the head was clearly visible. We suspect that he sustained a serious internal head injury but are awaiting a post-mortem report to ascertain the exact cause of his death.” The police suspect that he slipped and fell in the bathroom.

Who was Aditya Singh Rajput?

Aditya is a well-known actor in the TV industry. He has been a part of several TV commercials. The actor was popularly known for playing a pivotal role in Ajay Devgn and Kajol starrer U Me Aur Hum. He was a part of Splitsvilla 9. He played a small part in Bad Boy (Season 4) and Cambala Investigation Agency (2007–2009).
