Akanksha Puri OPENS UP on her controversial kiss with Jad Hadid on Bigg Boss OTT 2- Watch

Actor Akanksha Puri has been recently evicted from the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. However, just before her elimination, she grabbed everyone’s attention when she kissed co-contestant Jad Hadid for a task. Even Salman Khan was unhappy about it and slammed both Jad and Akanksha. Now, Akanksha Puri opened up about her controversial kiss, saying she did it as an artist and performed it. She even further added she took it as a task and gave her 100%.

During a media interaction, Akanksha reacted on the same. She said, “Jab main andar thi, mujhe sach me nahi pata ki wo itna bada mudda hai. Kyuki wo ek task tha, 30 secs ka task tha. Uske baad bohot kuch hogaya raat ko, kuch zyada baatein bhi nahi hui aur wo khatam hogaya. Maine apna 100% diya task mein aur main task jeet gayi. But jab main bahar aayi tab mujhe pata chala. Aur jab weekend ka vaar hua jab sir (Salman Khan) ne itna kuch bola tab pata chala kya itna bada mudda ban gaya hai.”

(When I was inside, I didn’t know that it was a huge matter. Because it was a task to be done in 30 secs. After that incident, many things happened and not much was talked about. I gave my 100% to the task and I won. But when I came outside the house, I got to know the entire fiasco. When Salman Khan sir said in the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, I thought did it become a huge matter?)

The Vighnaharta Ganesha actor added, “Maine bhi usko as an artist liya aur perform kiya as a task liya. Task jeeta apne team liye, main usko itna hi leke chal rahi thi. Usme main personally nahi involved hui thi but wo itna bada mudda ban jaayega ye mujhe bhi nahi pata tha. Weekend ke vaar pe pata chala, bahar aayi tab pata chala ki itna kuch usspe trend ho raha hai. Fir ye bhi pata chala ki usko highest TRP mili hai uss episode ko. I don’t know what to say about it?

(I took it as an artist and performed it as a task and won the task for my team. I’m taking it that way only. I wasn’t personally involved in this but didn’t know the kiss would become a discussion topic. This I got to know in Weekend Ka Vaar and after I was evicted that people were trending this. Later, I got to know that the episode got the highest TRP.)
