Actress Tunisha Sharma of Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul fame dies by suicide on the sets of her TV show

Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul actress Tunisha Sharma has passed away. She reportedly committed suicide by hanging herself. The actress played the role of Shehzaadi Mariam in Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul. Tunisha apparently passed away on the sets of her show in Mumbai. She was just 20 years old and had she been alive, she would have turned 21 on January 4, 2023.

She ended her life on the sets of her TV show, at Naigaon in the make-up room. She was rushed to hospital, where doctors declared her dead.

Waliv police reached the sets of the show for further investigation. As per reports, she was in her co-star, Sheezan Mohammed Khan’s make-up room. When Sheezan returned after his shot, he found his room locked. He called her but Tunisha did not open the door. They broke the door and then she was taken to the hospital. The reason behind her death is not known yet.

For the unversed, Tunisha also appeared in several Bollywood films like Baar Baar Dekho, Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh, and Dabangg 3. Tunisha played the role of young Katrina Kaif in Fitoor and Baar Baar Dekho. In Kahaani 2, she was seen as Vidya Balan’s on-screen daughter. The actress also had a cameo in Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Dabangg 3. She was part of shows like Internet Wala Love, Gayab, Ishq Subhallah, and Sher-E-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
