Yesterday, actress Krishna Mukherjee took to her Instagram handle and posted a heartwrenching note shaming the makers of her show Shubh Shagun for harassing her. In it, she spoke about the harassment she faced at the hands of the makers and producer Kundan Singh. Now, her friend Aly Goni has posted in her support.
A few hours ago, Aly took to his Instagram Stories and shared two videos talking about Krishna Mukherjee’s allegation against the producers of Shubh Shagun. While in one video he stated that Krishna is not lying, the other has him revealing the amount the producers owe the actress.
Aly Goni supports Krishna Mukherjee
In the first video shared on his story, Aly says in Hindi, “The claims Krishna made yesterday are true. However, the perpetrator is now claiming she’s lying. I know it’s not a lie because Krishna called me when they locked her in the room. She was crying when she called me and Chirag. But she was shooting in Madh and we weren’t able to get to help her then.” Addressing the producers, the Bigg Boss 14 finalist adds, “Irrespective of that, if Kundan is so sure he paid her, I’m sure he must have the bank details. Why not share it? All her friends know how much she has suffered.”
Further supporting Krishna Mukherjee, Aly Goni says, “The amount they need to pay her is not small, it’s ₹39 lakh. Even if you are rich, the amount is huge. She earned that money by working 12-14 hour shifts. Its disheartening that you are withholding her dues for whatever reason. You can’t blame the channel for the dues as they always clear the dues. Threaten her however much you want, we’re all with her and will support he in this fight.”
Krishna Mukherjee claims
A part of Krishna’s lengthy post reads, “The production house and the producer @kundan.singh.official has harassed me so many times. They even once Locked me in my makeup room because I was unwell and I decided not to shoot because they were not paying me for my work plus I was unwell, they were banging on my makeup room’s door as if they would break it when I was changing my clothes. They never cleared my payments to date for 5 months. And it’s a really big amount.”
Producer’s response
In response, Producer Kundan denied the claims saying, “It’s sad to see how it’s so easy for some people to make false accusations. I must clarify that all the accusations being made are false and frivolous, and strict legal action will be taken against all culprits.”
