Anil Kapoor feels Bigg Boss OTT 3 was Ranvir Shorey’s season; calls him ‘iconic’

Actor Ranvir Shorey was the second runner-up at Bigg Boss OTT 3. Since day 1, he has been very clear that he entered the show to win the BB OTT 3 trophy and Rs 25 lakh prize money. However, several fans were disappointed when he was evicted and wanted him to win the show. They admired his honesty and his real side during the gameplay. After he left the house, Ranvir expressed his disappointment in not winning the show. He said, “I wanted to win the trophy for my friends and the Rs 25 lakh for myself.”

Anil Kapoor told Ranvir, “Ranvir what a journey, kya khele aap (what a gameplay). You made true relationships in the house. We saw you emotional and funny. It was absolutely pulsating and breathtaking. How real you were in the house.” Ranvir replied, “I wanted to experience this as honestly as I can. I wanted to understand this experience. Initially, I had a lot of problems as it was the Bigg Boss house. It takes all of you to try and understand and manoeuvre mentally, physically and emotionally. Whatever best I could do, I did. I always knew that voting wasn’t my strong point so I never aimed at the trophy. I did all of this for my friends.”

Anil said, “I don’t know who will be the winner, but if someone asks me Bigg Boss OTT 3 was who’s season, I will say Ranvir Shorey wala season that. You were iconic.“
