Anita Hassanandani on her pregnancy: It just felt like the perfect timing

After lots of speculations and reports, Anita Hassanandani and Rohit Reddy have finally announced that they are expecting their first child. Yesterday, Anita shared a video where she and Rohit shared the news. Today, yet again Anita shared a video on her Instagram handle where she spoke at length about this beautiful journey.

She wrote, “The journey to becoming parents will always be a special one for us. As parents-to-be, we want nothing but the best for our baby. The preparation for the arrival of the baby has gladly been the centre of our attention.”

In the video, Anita said, “It just felt like the perfect timing. We have been together for 10 years, out of which we have been married for seven years. We were absolutely ready. We wanted to settle with a baby this year and it happened perfectly.” She also said she is doing a lot of ‘research’ on what to eat and how to take care of her skin during pregnancy.

The couple came to know in June that they are expecting. Rohit said, “We were in Goa all along and on the 12th of June for some reason Anita decided to get a test done and very strangely, it happened that she came back and told me in the ear that ‘I am pregnant’. It was overwhelming”.

Rohit shared a picture with Anita where the actress is seen flaunting her baby bump and they are adorably looking at each other. “No visual effects here! That bump is real!”, he captioned the pic.

Anita is due in February 2021.
