According to a report by Spotboye, Anita’s building has been sealed as a Covid-19 positive case has been discovered in her building. The report also states that an FIR has been filed against Anita. While Anita denied again and again that she was not partying, Khar Police Station’s investigating officer Mr Karsure said the partying was not the issue, but the fact that three people had come to her house from outside. “There were five people coming down when those three left and the FIR has been filed against all the five. Her husband (Sunil Hingorani) was also one of them.” Mr Karsure added that the FIR has been initiated because ‘there is a rule that we have to maintain a certain social distancing’.

According to a report in Pune Mirror yesterday, Anita and her husband have been accused by the cops for violating the Coronavirus rules. The report states that Anita and her husband had invited some friends over for some drinks at their Pali Hill residence. When their building watchman took notice of this he informed the cops.

Quashing the rumours, the actress told the tabloid, “The fact that my husband is a doctor. One of his friends had a medical emergency, so he came with his wife, who provided assistance. My husband couldn’t refuse on humanitarian grounds. The cops came on a false complaint. After checking the situation, they apologised.”

Coronavirus is deadly and contagious. Most countries in the world are practising lockdown and citizens are advised to stay indoors as much as possible.
