Ankita Lokhande recalls filming first scene with Shaheer Sheikh for Pavitra Rishta 2; Watch BTS video

Ankita Lokhande and Shaheer Sheikh are the new on-screen couple that the fans are absolutely crazy about. The two have made new space for themselves among the Pavitra Rishta fans with the second part of the show which is streaming online. Pavitra Rishta 2 is being loved by fans and critics alike. Everyone was sceptical as Shaheer was stepping into the shoes of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput who was the first one to play Manav. But, the fans adore Shaheer.

Ankita recently took to her social media account and shared a BTS video from Pavitra Rishta 2 sets as she recalled the very first scene she shot with Shaheer. It was a rain scene where the two characters were seen extremely emotional and it was quite an intense one.

Sharing the video she wrote in the caption, “#Bts #pavitrarishta2 This was our first scene together ?? I think we did quite ok ? what say shaheer ??? Thanks to Nandita ma’am ❤️❤️❤️ @shaheernsheikh @mehranandita

Earlier in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Ankita opened up how she helped Shaheer get the essence of Manav right, Ankita said, “Yeah, he asked me many times. What happened is, I wasn’t shooting and I just come on the sets when Shaheer was filming. He was doing some scene where he was crying and there was this reaction when I was seeing that shot. Me and Nandita were sitting and we both loked at each other in shock. Because he was looking exactly like Sushant somewhere. That body language- something was there of Manav.”
